TESTING SERVICES AVAILABLE AT CMTL’S MISSISSAUGA LABORATORY:

 

Differential Scanning Calorimeter

 

CMTL’s Mississauga laboratory conducts specification testing for the plastics, automotive, aerospace and manufacturing industries using ISO, ASTM and SAE standardized testing methods.

 

Our years of experience in using and applying, thermal analysis, spectrometric, microscopic and x-ray methods benefit our client’s who are having difficulty determining applicable standard methods of testing. At CMTL we work with our client’s to aid in the development of standardized test methods, in addition to constructing the necessary specialized testing apparatuses or help validate novel test methods that may be applicable to our client’s specific needs.

We assist our clients with decisions regarding polymer property recognition, the appropriate test procedures and creating a timeline indicating when the outline tests are to be performed.

CMTL with its many years of experience has successfully helped clients with problem solving. Our comprehensive laboratory facilities are used to provide usefully and integrative solutions to our clients.

CMTL also offers onsite services, helping clients with machinery and other problem areas, our services convenience our clients by enabling them to continue with operations uninterrupted. Onsite service is conducted using current state of the art portable calibrated instrumentation, experimental-design tools and alternative solutions to reoccurring problems.

 

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND LITIGATION SUPPORT:

Technical data that CMTL can provide has proven to be beneficial in legal proceedings, accelerating the trial forward and decreasing the overall costs. Our years of experience with claims and litigations involving insurance claims, pressure pipe failures and rotomoulded chemical containers, patent infringements, stolen property identification and forensic analysis have diversified our testing facilities applications and therefore benefiting a broad spectrum of industries.

As consultants, we perform most laboratory testing with strict confidentiality. However, testing conducted on behalf of government agencies are made public. Additional publicized test results are made public to reflect CMTL’s testing capabilities and outstanding performance in satisfying our clients needs, these publications are released only with the permission of our clients.
