Policy
- Test reports are issued at the completion of all tests
- Minimum invoice charge is $100.00
- Rush work is subjected to a 50% surcharge (except as noted)
- Discounts are available on large lots of tests carried out
on a routine basis
- Test specimens are retained for 90 days
- Packaging, handling and freight
charges will be billed for the return of test specimens
- MSDS to accompany hazardous products
- Disposal of hazardous samples will be
billed at $2.00 per sample
